To make cybersecurity more tangible and relevant to the public, our telco customer A1 Serbia launched a hands-on awareness campaign that broke away from conventional formats. Instead of relying on passive content, they introduced an interactive escape room experience that placed participants at the center of a simulated cyber incident.
The campaign, which ran from December 2023 to April 2024, aimed to bridge the gap between abstract threats and real-life consequences by combining gamification, education, and targeted outreach.
