On October 17, 2024, Whalebone hosted the 4th European Telco Cybersecurity Conference at the Sofitel Warsaw Victoria in Poland. The event brought together key leaders from the telecom industry, cybersecurity experts, and Whalebone partners to discuss strategies for driving cybersecurity adoption across telcos, ensuring customer protection, and unlocking new business opportunities.
A Global Program for Telco Cybersecurity Success
Whalebone’s mission to provide user-centric cybersecurity to 1 billion people is grounded in collaboration with telcos worldwide. As part of our Telco Cybersecurity Success Program, Whalebone has partnered with more telcos globally than any other competitor. This program fosters collaboration, knowledge-sharing, and success in driving cybersecurity penetration across the telco industry. The conference was a key platform for sharing best practices, networking, and offering practical insights for achieving growth.
Key Topics: Driving Penetration and Revenue Growth
A major focus of the event was on strategies that deliver consistent month-on-month (MoM) penetration growth, with an emphasis on proven methods to achieve 2-3% MoM growth in cybersecurity adoption across customer bases. In addition, we explored ways to increase ARPU, leveraging advanced security solutions like Fraud Call Protection.
The conference also emphasized the growing demand for Consumer Digital Life Protection (CDLP) and how telcos are ideally positioned to capitalize on this $84 billion market opportunity. As consumers increasingly seek comprehensive protection for their entire digital presence, the role of telcos in delivering seamless, integrated security solutions becomes crucial.
